HP real estate is expensive as fukk. Even the 
houses on small lots will sell for $1 million+ and that was BEFORE this current housing bubble.
HP is not nearly as racist as say Southlake. HP is more classist if anything though some of those houses probably got old clauses on the deeds that prevent the sale of the home to a Negro or Jew.
Black people with money ain't exactly knocking the doors down to live there anyway. We'd pick Frisco, Plano, Little Elm, DeSoto, Cedar Hill and Lake Highlands first tbh. Even well-off white people can't buy into HP. They got "I don't actually have to work" money....different from "I am a VP at a Fortune 500" money.
Aikman and Romo had homes there along with Jerry Jones but Dak lives way up in Celina or Prosper or some shyt.
