I'm learning not to be a judgmental person but I truly do believe shame, at least some of it, should still be implemented.
Sadly, I understand where the mindset to act like that comes from. Not caring what other people think, including your family.

Traditional shame, for the most part, used to be driven by thinking beyond yourself. Selflessness. Now everyone is selfish and makes themselves priority because they feel entitled to living however they want.
