Its wild because white nikkas be doing all type backflips, coming in with radios and blasting music when they cross.. and that’s fine, that’s their culture and as a rational adult I expect young kids to celebrate on the first real step toward becoming an adult..
But when a black child does whatever the new dance is , the bloccboy J joint, or something authentically African like twerking (our culture). It’s beczuse she’s trash and will be a single mother in two years or the nikka has no respect and will be dead in a few years,
And then we applaude white nikkas or black overseers that manhandle them and snatch away that moment from them.. talm bout yeah I woulda did worse!
We got a lot to work on
If she was doing that Shoot dance or dabbing or whatever's hot now, I wouldn't care whether it was high school or college. She graduated. Good for her. She want to bust out a backflip? Whatever, do that. Pop-lock? Go ahead and do that. That's my sis/baby/girl, etc.
But twerking after a high school graduation is a bit much. Besides, this world ain't about culture or tradition. It's about perception, unfortunately. And perception is a much bigger deal than it should be, but that's how it is. Anybody who says different probably has never dressed up for a job interview/function, or a date or whatever.
She's perceived as a thot-in-training -- in this thread and likely on the comments page -- as a result of her, as you put it, authentically African dance in celebration of a very important personal accomplishment. I know nothing about her life, so all I can assume is that she dances when she's happy, so this is what happened.
Why? Because I sincerely doubt that people see twerking and automatically assume "Oh, look at this black queen paying homage to her ancestors after this big milestone in her life. Go head

"
They see that and hit the

because she's busting it open.
That said, she ain't my daughter/sister, etc. so why do I care?
