I consider anything in a building that's more than 10 stories tall to be a condo
I lived in one on the 23rd floor for a few years. We had 3 elevators, 2 of them regular and 1 that's a service elevator and looks like the one in the vid for moving bulky items. Whenever you were going to move furniture or something you just let the office know and they'll lock the elevator for you so no one else can use it

Cool. Didn't know that. I never lived any higher than the 4th floor. Right now I lived on the second floor of a three floor building and there's no elevator. Gotta walk up flights.

Yea, condos are as popular in less condensed areas. The paddings on the walls are just so people won't scratch anything up
And my girl had to walk up all 23 flights once because the building lost power...
