Nah they need to hire some younger people, and fix the efficiency problems that getting shyt done on campus...The admissions process at Tech compared to Grambling was like night and day...that whole having to double and triple check to make sure your information is registered in the system is BS. But the older people there are set in their ways and how they do things.
Granted they are coming around and things are getting better.

My fiancée graduated from Grambling and they stayed in news for finance fukkery.
The situation with Grambling football weight room that made national news...we knew that was gonna happen sooner or later because they was fukking up the money...which starts a cycle of mistrust so you don't give back to your Alma Mater.
The little money thats there is gonna go to the band and football team because that's what's gonna recruit people.
My girl had a few classes where the heat or air wouldnt work at times.
I considered Grambling in 2006 before they built those new dorms and I was like

Man I love Gram; but they have to get there shyt together. I know what your saying about the no air conditioning or heating; we used to be in class in august (this time) and september with no air conditioning. We would be in there with wife beater on and some bruhs was like fukk it and had no shirt on lol. We were like; man were from california and chicago, were not use to this heat, I thought I was going to die from that Louisiana heat lol. One of my teachers told us to leave because he ain't teaching in this hot ass class room; but yall still have a test when yall come back lol. The only place that had AC was admission office, financial aid office, the library and JTS (sometimes) . A couple of my homies from chicago, stayed in pinchback had to break their windows with a broom to get some air because the rooms were too hot lol. But it backfired because the mosquitoes would fly in lol.
I felt bad for the ladies because there bathroom were always messed up and they did not have doors in the stalls and no toilet paper. One of my teachers used to buy toilet paper and soap for them.
One time the campus water went out (people were saying they forgot to pay the bill); so we had to use the homies bathroom, she stayed in ruston right by the McDonald's. Then they gave us paper plates to eat on in the caf with bottle water and catz were trying to steal a case of water to take a shower with.
Speaking of financial aid, one time me and my homie did not get financial aid untill november, they were about to kick us out of school. There was this one lady in the financial aid office that helped me and my boy out (she was fine); she helped a lot of people get free money, but they fired her.
I can laugh at it now; but actually the crap I went through at Gram actually helped me out in the working world; so I'm thankful a little
