Why would she give her emails to ANOTHER party to review. The State Deparmtnet has it and the FBI has it. No higher authority other than those entities needs to have her email. What can a 3rd party do that the FBI and State Dept can't do?

all i'll say is that IF it ever comes out that some foreign government accessed Hillary's emails...she should go under the bus.
