European rule is ending because Europeans are not suited to live on the earth. Their numbers are shrinking and their power is waning. All things aside, Europeans cannot and will not exist in a few hundred years. When you live on a planet sustained by the sun, EXCEPT the sun kills you, you'll die out. The US dollar is being displaced and the powerful families economic systems (the ones they currently control) are all on the verge of complete collapse.
Once the "western" economies collapse, people who are not able to source water and grow food will starve. Hence the huge prepper movement. They know what's coming and they're trying to act like all is well, but it's not. Fiat currency is worthless and white skin=death from skin cancer ... Because they were never SUPPOSED to be on the earth. They're like fish out of water, they're not indigenous to the earth. They're a result of a recessive genetic mutation. Further evidence of the European enmity to the earth is the major amount of environmental damage they've caused in just a few centuries. The dollar and euro are over. GBP is right behind is and European countries will be apart of the Islamic State (Arabs are outgrowing them in their own countries population wise).
No technology can save them from their collision with the electromagnetic spectrum.

Will any current black politician, local, state, or national, share this info? Will the leading black voices out there make a connection to the significance of this story?
