:mindblown:

people actually still believe in this stupid shyt
It's one of the reasons why Jay still gets so much hate.
People don't believe he deserves his spot and feel as though he unjustly replaced two artists who represent "real hip hop"
Especially with Biggie in that they feel Jay especially stop his style, took a majority if his lines (insane), road his coat tails into the game, somehow snaked him (like how for no reason people feel like Jay snaked Big L), was Big's little man, and whatever other stuff they want to pull.
They say dumb arguments "JAY WASNT POPPING IN THE 90S NO ONE WAS CHECKING FOR HIM!!!!!!" to say he isn't a legend or RD isn't a classic even though he sold well and was a superstar by Vol.2, and never explain why Big or Pac had something to do with that or why people would have been checking him until anytime after 96.
Still nowhere as dumb as the shyt Big L fans say.

Jay would be working at McDonalds if Big and Pac were alive :manny:
:comeon:
They really think that Hard knock life and Can I Get A, wouldn't have been huge regardless :russ:
Who's to say Jay would've gotten those beats if Biggie were alive? :manny: Jay could never be a bum nikka but I don't think it's unfeasible to say Biggie could've changed his trajectory as a mainstream staple.
