Exactly. Hip hop has been around for ages, and at no point in my young life did I fukk the wife of someone who claimed to be a player, nor did I go around actually saying "fukk tha police".

I attribute this to the fact that both of my parents were in the household, they didn't let me listen to hip hop or rap until I was 16, and they would have bust my ass if I emulated any of the lyrics I was hearing.

A lot of non criminal black people (including myself) says that because we know how dirty the police are and we know how crooked the criminal system is, which is why we say fukk the police.
