It sucks to be a 40 year old with a very limited life experience that you just keep rapping about the same old bullshyt you rapped about in your 20s. Who in their 40s still talking about women doing them wrong?

Push still raps about the same shyt he did when he was beefing with birdman almost 20 years ago. Dre was on a Kendrick album with that woman weed and weather tryna relive the detox days. You got Kanye doing the same shyt. You got Future rapping about drugs he doesn't take and fukking women as a deadbeat father.

I never liked Drake. I'm older and his corny music never resonated with me but.... musically he's been stale for a decade now

This part. I graduated high school in '07 and I was one of the few people who never fukked with Drake cause I recognized early he was a corny lame and his music really reflected that but almost nobody else saw it for what it was in real time. Mufukkas used to come for my head when I'd tell them I don't fukk with Drake cause he makes lame music for lame people, now it's cool to hate on this dude. Why do we shyt on Drake for not growing while praising Jada for not growing? Why is there always a large contingent of fans who want Hov and Nas to get back to 90s street raps? Why is every Griselda album thread going multi plat? It seems like the sentiment is that Drake needs to grow up but nobody else does.

Bigger problem for Drake is that the music has declined. The melodies remain one note, the flows remain the same, and his dominant beat selection is still the same downtempo reverb stuff he was doing 15 years ago. Imagine if Kanye never expanded beyond soul loops.
