For sales you must

1. Hire young
2. have a proven tested script
3. A path towards 6-7 figures
4. Give them 2 days max to perform

For other roles - record a 19 minute audio and they have to listen to it BEFORE you interview them.

This will weed out the jokers and tire-kickers just looking for paycheck
