I call it the MJ Theory. Give a child of that age something that already has their interest and it develops into a passion. If they stick at it within a decade whilst others are trying to find a lane they know exactly who they are and where they're headed because you, as the parent, were wise enough to offer the correct guidance and they invested many thousands of hours gaining experience.

So beautiful to see parents doing things like this these days.
