While there are many Latinas who are and think like her, it's been proven time and time again that many of these street interviews are staged and have people being coached on what you say to stir up outrage and drama for clicks.

I remember a Tik Tok where an Asian guy was going around interviewing White girls on which race they found the least attractive and they all said "Asian" and started giggling which sparked outrage. Then someone exposed that whole thing as staged and the Asian guy told them to say Asian to stir up outrage.

She could very well be a Latina into non-Black men which is not unusual but you have to be somewhat skeptical of these street interviews, especially when her answer had nothing to do with the question lol.
