The only "racism" is white supremacy, non-white people can not be racist, they can be bigoted, prejudiced, rude, discourteous, mean, etc. to other people, but white people are the only people qualified to be racist in a system of white supremacy.

I live in Texas and I've lived side by side with "hispanic people", including but not limited to people from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador, I've had a multitude of different experiences with them, we have cultural differences and language barriers, but we're not too different.

This has been going on for a while, I remember back in the mid-2000s the Mexican Mafia 'greenlighted' a bunch of black gangs in LA to see if they could be pushed off their turf. It didn't really work but to this day Mexican hoods will often act cool with a certain black gang to get their trust, then when they get deep enough they start beefing with the black hood. Hispanic cops can be just as bad.

Ive had a mexican dude tell me what his fam says about black people behind our backs and based on what I heard....well trust me they can put up a fake front easily.

They even have hate of dark skin and have friction with darker skinned mexicans and call them morenos and look down on them.

My wife is friends with a black woman a on the job in a latino managed building and this happens.

Even extends to black men.

They usually do not give black men a hard time though.......at the office.
