Serious question: do you know how the Supreme Court works, or anything in the legal realm for that matter? Her spousal choice technically should not have merit or bias with regards to the legal facts of a case.

Thanks for clarifying that, I was wondering. That being said, the Democrats and Biden's focus needs to be nominating as many judges as possible that are moderate/liberal to balance out the conservative leaning judges that are on the bench. They also need to try and pick up some seats in the Senate for other reasons that should be obvious to anyone who follows what the court does.
