the best way to get all that is to flip and roll the dice...because saving is gonna take forever if ur trying to get all those things...unless u make good money, then yeah u can do the Conservative thing....but if your job is low paying, u should really figure out a good hustle with a low cost

10K isn't much. You need to save some more yet and still. When you get about 30K - 40K I would suggest you buy a house and then sell it and or renting it out.

Considering that it took you only about 10 months to get there, you'll probably get there very quick.

My younger brother has nearly 100k now and he's only been working for a few years.
