Pac died 3 months after Hit Em Up dropped

Its time to end the myth that he had the eastcoast shook to respond.

In reality dudes were setting up and getting ready to diss him but had to take the tracks off their LPs when he died (Lil Kim on Big Momma thing, and Big on Long Kiss Goodnight)

Nas and Mobb deep managed to diss Pac back within that 3 month window though. (Drop a Gem on em and The Firm freestyle with Mary J blige and Steve Stout "Rolling over this Makaveli")

Diddy responded directly to hit em up before Pac's death via two interludes on Bad Boy mixape Vol. 3 or 4 (I forget which)

Jay Z, I'm not sure.......what month was Murder dead or Alive released? there were two version and on one he addressed Pac as already dead (On the celly bumping Makaveli, I hold no grudge, u diss me, I diss u, love is love).....but it's possible the first version was released after his death also

Chino XL and DMX dissed him within that 3 months also but they were nobodies at that point in time (Chino still is) and nobody cared

King Sun dissed Pac too

"You goin overboard with all that, "fukk New York shyt"
Trying to dis Brooklyn, but the Boogie 'bout to talk shyt
And ain't no fun, if the Dula can't get none
Risin in the East, I'm bout to set it on the West, son
Listen, I ain't even down with who you dissen
Far as I'm concerned NY been ass -kissen
For the longest, on the live side I'mma dead it
You ain't a trooper, I know that's all super-unleaded
Gas you inhaled from all your record sales
Cause you went to California and blew up, but you fail
Tryin to dis the big apple, I ain't supposed to wanna battle
For a million dollar raffle? You gettin gaffled
Soon as I see you got a million
After the battle, I be like "oooh what a feeeelin"
Toyota will be selling me they biggest Landcruiser
Money green so ngas could fiend like drug users
Winners slap users like pimp slap hoes
And we know Suge is pimpin them hoes on Death Row
You actin like you wanna beef, but talkin below me
You ain't a real thug, you a real CaliPhoney
**
Who Shot Ya? No it wasn't me and my peeps
You're talking bout New York, wordup, like something sweet
Don't fool yourself, this ain't New York Undercover
It's real like the history of your father and mother
I'm sayin, think about that shyt that you did
Had a shootout in NY, raped a bytch, did a bid
Like you proud of that, then let the world know it happened
First of all you fukkin up for other nga's rappin
How you makin movies, selling records, doin tours,
Then be up in Denemora (sp), scrubbin other ngas' drawers?
The whole point in being criminal is gettin paid
Son, you paid already, actin Crazy like Eddie
fukk a Thug Life, ngas die being unlawful
Let that peer pressure stress ya somethin awful
With the world in ya hand, fukk a man, be a King
You ain't even a man cause you under the wing
Heltah Skeltah from the shelter, need protection
Now you're one of Suge Knight's sons, runnin for election
Against Snoop Dog for that top dog spot
Death Row, Prisoner-of-the-month on lock.
***
Now everybody know you from them roles you be playin
So all that make a record shyt ain't even worth sayin
West coast rappers go platinum in a second
Cause west coast ngas go out and buy records
But east coast rappers be on conceited shyt
The wack emcees here make repeated hits
They get star-struck and stop giving a fukk
And lyrically, half these ngas suck, and what
Just put the real rappers in the ring
Let your man bring the beats and whoever do they thing
fukk a record sale, fukk a phoney reputation,
fukk a pimp record label and them suck-dikk stations.
Show skills, how ya flow skills, rock a party-
Live from the heart, in front of everybody
Without a shotty, ain't no need for all that
Get your stupid ass some rikers & tracks, fukk the gats
My people out in Cali ain't got nothin to do with this
You on your own dikk, "POTNA", and you new to this
I could never dis my peeps in the west
But, that dissin Biggie shyt, we still ain't impressed...

i refuse to conform
First off, fukk your bytch
And the clique you claim
West side when we ride
Come equipped with game
You claim to be a player
But I fukked your wife
We bust on Bad Boys
nikkas fukk for Life
Plus Puffy tryin' to see me weak
Hearts I rip
Biggie Smalls and Junior Mafia
Some mark ass bytches
We keep on coming
While we running for your jewels

most lyrical diss track ever imo

The faces of all the men who were in that white Cadillac that shot Pac on Sept 7th 1996 ("Zip" died last year and Diddy went to his funeral...*its documented, look it up*....Keefe D and Orlando Anderson were also chilling with Big and Puff the night Big got shot at that party)
