Even more confusing is that lollipop was the LEAD SINGLE for carter 3, a milli would've been the lead if I had the reins, and wayne said a milli went so crazy when it leaked that he had no choice but to shoot a video, re-record and making it the 2nd single, it is what it is tho it worked out for him
