The reality is that he wanted to be lazy and loop Total’s record in 5 minutes instead of taking 2 or 3 days to replay James Brown’s song and/or get musicians to play for him. Figured he could do a cheap ass loop while everyone was at Jeremih’s crib and look like a genius.
