No idea.
I Downloaded and it was automatically in my list of stages. It's not part of the campaign but it's listed under destinations.

Am I the only one who gets an achievement, then reloads the game? Like, I just had to drop a chandelier on somebody. I dropped the chandelier, got the accomplishment, then immediately reloaded. I'm sorry, but I just don't have the damn time to do another playthrough just for that one damn accomplishment. I'm surprised the game counts some of the accomplishments before you complete the mission.

Nah, you're not the only one. Especially on really big levels. I did it on Miami where you have three options to sabotage the car.
