I think you and many other 'skeptics' don't understand the difference between weather and climate, because you guys always bring up weather to try disproving climate change.

Here is the difference between the 2 from NASA.

Half of yall were blaming hurricanes this year (2017) on climate change and/or global warming....although it was the first year besides Sandy (2012) since Hurricanes Katrina/Rita (2005) that any significant hurricane touched down on mainland U.S. ....but if you have a record snow, ice, and low temperatures yall not blaming global warming or climate change?? I do care about environmental issues...I have plenty of threads to make the point.....but real environmental threats ......not made up/manufactured ones.

So I do not want existing environmental regulations that have stood the test of time and done some good to be watered down so companies can treat the U.S. like their personal dump..and thorougly disagree that Don Cheeto's administrations attempt to think protecting the water, air, and land is a burden that needs to be undone.

Change in climate has affected the severity of hurricanes not necessarily the occurrence. Also it's much worse with Pacific lands. Science still doesn't have a complete grasp on how hurricanes interact with the environment so it's not as conclusive as looking at climate trends compared to weather trends.

Fresh water being dumped into oceans which leads to
Destabilized ocean currents which leads to
Destabilized tempatures...

Which could lead to a possible ice age.


If you don't understand how the oceans affect the weather you shouldn't tweet or discuss anything regarding climate change.
