the thing is, ghost said in that excerpt that it's something they did all the time for years...method man also wrote songs and verses for ghost, and it's well known most of ODB's album was written by gza and rza...if the whole camp was writing entire songs for each other, how is that any worse than OVO nikkas writing songs for each other?

I been a studio engineer for 15 years and a writer/performer for even longer and it is NOT standard practice for one nikka to record a track and then the next nikka study it and try to imitate it. That's some girl gay shyt for real. Yeah nikkas probably are done it but from a true hip hop standpoint it's frowned upon...point blank.
