Hockey ppl...explain what makes Lundqvist amazing

Goalies seem like MLB closers to me....capable of getting hot and then burning out...

Living in NY you'd think Lundqvist was never scored upon

I'll be honest Lundqvist in the past was a little overrated he stops some amazing shots but lets up some softies. But this year he stepped it up and has been a beast if the Rangers lose it wont be his fault. Also smh at you being a Yankee fan and dissing the closer position.

Lundqvist keeps this Rangers team in games they shouldn't be in due to our erratic scoring.
