The gesture sounds nice but the gang structure in NYC is fueled by the youngins. These young cats out here get amped off of each other and Hocus 45 has no real alternative as an option for them.

Nah mean? A lot of these guys come home…or are about to come home…or in this case are under the microscope, and suddenly want to publicly “drop their flag”. Are they really not homie anymore and encouraging the youth to follow suit…or are they just doing it publicly so the cops can’t tie them to a RICO/Continuing Enterprise jawn since they “denounced” the gang and left it?
