You missed the part about the federal RICO charge he's facing?

You missed the part where Diddy had a bullshyt Rico charge that was dropped? You missed the part where Murder Inc had a bullshyt Rico charge that was dropped? You missed the part where Hocus 45 said a while back that he's innocent, the charges are false and that he's going to trial to prove his innocence? I'm not focused on any of that because Hocus 45th seems very confident that his charges will be exposed as false. I'm more focused on how the Feurtado Brothers were big time drug dealers who turned their lives around and created a non profit that got community and political support. Dudes flipped their past into something positive that put some paper in their pockets. Like I said, If Hocus 45 is smart, he can flip this 'drop your flag' movement into a federally funded non profit. He would attract all types of political & financial support.

You missed the whole point.

Why the hell would the feds start a non profit with someone they're currently charging with a crime against the federal government? He's charged with wire fraud. According to the feds he stole money from them so now they're supposed legally fund him:mjlol:

You think they're going to work with Diddy after he beat them on the RICO charge at trial?:mjlol:

If Hocus beats this at trial they're not going to turn around and form an alliance. You can't be serious.

I mentioned the Feurtado Brothers to avoid you making this rant and instead of doing the Googles, you still made this rant with MJ emojis totally missing the point. Do some research on the Feurtado Brothers, their King of Kings Foundation non profit organization and enlighten yourself because you are decades behind.

:dahell:

They were convicted and did time. Hocus hasn't even gone to trial yet. He can't prove to be reformed at this point so unless you want this to happen after he's found guilty and serves his time it's not possible. The feds won't be done with him if beats the case. They'll still be monitoring him which is why he's dropping his flag.

And I'm sure the FEDS were still watching the Feurtado Brothers once they started their non profit and more then likely they are still watching them. Nothing you have said so far negates my original statement about Hocus 45 being able to start a non profit being that the the Feurtado Brothers already did it decades ago.

You said: He can't prove to be reformed at this point

But in this video he is talking about being reformed back in 2020. That's 5 years ago. This video confirms that you just keep saying anything without doing any research. The video is literally called "The Transition." Defense can easily play this video to prove he's been on that reform tip for years.

Very respectful.

Any kind of initiative or movement to stop the nonsense and destruction should be supported and applauded. That's the kind of effort we definitely need to see more of.

:laff:

Out of Hocus' own mouth he's charged with wire fraud from getting PPE loans and unemployment money during the pandemic which was around the same time or after that video you claim is proof of him being reformed

You think his lawyers can play a YouTube as evidence that's he's reformed? Hocus said he's reformed so I guess they should just drop the charges:heh:

The feds don't care about what he says. They only care about evidence and they think they have evidence of him committing a crime.

You must think Durk should get off because he posted some videos praying in a mosque. Kay Flock should've been released from Rikers because he said he's a born again Christian. None of that shyt matters if they have proof you committed a crime. Hocus isn't getting off because he dropped his flag, helped some kids out, or handed out turkeys on Thanksgiving. His legal team needs to prove he didn't commit the crime he's accused of.

This is my last response to you because you're going super left from me pointing out that Hocus should take this "drop ya flag' challenge to the next level and start a non profit. And all of your comments have proven to be a lack of research on your end to the point you are just saying anything.

1) I only posted that "Transition" video because you said He can't prove to be reformed at this point But the video itself is him not rapping about the stuff he was rapping about during his bang bang Boogie days. So yes that's proof of reform when you compare it to his old rap stuff before prison.

2) This video is 3 months old. Out of his own mouth he says he's walks a straight path, he doesn't gangbang and the wire fraud charges are false. I timestamped it for you.

I'm going to stop responding to you because you are hung up on him being guilty of charges that he says he is innocent of. According to you he is guilty. You having him guilty until proven innocent has absolutely nothing to do with me pointing out that he should take his "drop your flag" challenge to the next level and start a non profit. I already pointed out that Diddy and Murder Inc beat bullshyt RICO cases and you still hung up on that. Hocus literally says he's gonna fight it and beat it in that video so I'm not focused on any of that like you are. If you feel he's guilty cool. Go wave that flag somewhere else because it has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm talking about. You say he's guilty I say he'll beat it. And after he beats it he should take his "Drop Ya flag" challenge to the next level and start a non profit. And with that said. I'm done, but you can have the final word.
