its not even that with Rocky either...they poorly promoted WM and put the entire event on his back and you cant use someone who isnt a current part of the product to spearhead your shyt like that.

the leadup to mania was ass so that left anyone truly enthusiastic about Rocky at mania with a sour taste in their mouth..

if they had ANY true star power beyond Rock and Cena they could have done alot more..surprised they didnt try to say Cena's draw took a dip there and put it all on ROck.

Well if rock turned heel and spiced it up and was actually on raw promoting the show or in interviews maybe it would of been bigger .
