Obviously there is combat. But it seems you will be spending the majority of your time doing other things.

Nah it looks like the standard open world, just set in Harry Potter's world. Obviously the focus was on Hogwarts because that is the game's selling point but they had dungeons in the open world with lots of combat. Game will be the typical mix of exploration and combat.
