Why do people always say this silly shyt about Iverson? He didnt have a selfish style of play, all those years in Philly there just wasnt another co-star that could get his own bucket.

1. The dynamic would've been different. A.I. would've played more point guard. The ONLY reason why they moved him to the 2 and gave him a green light was because there were no other scorers on the team.
2. Iverson's rookie year, Stackhouse averaged 20 ppg and Derrick Coleman average 18. Iverson had 7.5 assists per game.
So it's not like he wasn't playing PG. Stackhouse was acting like a bytch and didn't want Iverson to be the alpha on the team.
3. McGrady embraced teaming up with Grant Hill and Yao Ming.

But Stackhouse didn't want to share the spotlight and Coleman was on the downside of his career. Both were gone after Iverson's 2nd season.

Even ring chasing didn't work. The one year the Spurs lose in the Finals is when he's on the team. They then proceed to win the very next season, when he's gone.
