You know this doesnt reflect well on Jay, right? Since when is out pricing your tickets for your real fans, so that only trust fund baby cac's can afford 'em a good thing? I swear, some of ya'll are so invested in the financial success of your heros, you act like you're getting paid with them.

There has been a national conversation about how ridiculous concert ticket prices are....Good to see that Nas is already ahead of the curve on this. A true man of the people!
True, but you gotta consider supply and demand :yeshrug: I'm sure at face value Hov tickets are pretty pricey, but on the open market the value naturally skyrockets.

Nah, I remember discussing that with someone on here like two months back. In fact, here's the article.

Outpaced of late by his enemy Jay-Z and Kanye West, Nasir “Nas” Jones’s appeal has shrivelled to the extent where last night the O2’s top tier was curtained off.

Nas, O2 Arena - music review - Music - Going Out - London Evening Standard

His enemy Jay-Z? Using this to say Nas' appeal has shriveled? Dead at the spin the writer is putting on this. Not saying Jay-Z couldn't sell out the arena on his own but I would hope that him + Kanye would be able to sell it out. Otherwise would be a shame.

will y'all we$d heads stop gassin yourselves. I first saw nas life in 93. he was unprofessional and tryna give off the rak?m vibe. every year since he got over the initial illmatic sales flops and dropped his 2nd album dude has been focused with regards live shows. He isn't a natural performer but has grown to interact very naturally and convincingly with his crowd. I saw him perform his Distant Relative album in London at 4,000 arena. he rocked that for 3 nights str8 full capacity. in europe nas is absolutely revered. He knows he will keep Uncle Sam off his back as long as he remembers his lyrics to perform live coz his catalogue is of the finest quality.

with regards the Even?ng $tandard it's a w?ite right wing paper that knows as much about hip hop as George W Bush jnr so 4get the ish they wrote.

Nas stays eating
