not redeemed with gold but with His Blood
Damn, shyt so sad I'm crying and my chest feel a little tight. I'm heartbroken for your family. There are no words that would be enough. May God bless her soul.
So, some of yall mighta noticed I haven't been around as much. I caught something in mid- November that had me FUKKED up. Day two of symptoms, I legit woke up out my sleep, said not a word to nobody, and dug out my old nebulizer. It was that bad. Mind you, I had childhood asthma but that went away. I havent even used an inhaler for years. I avoided covid totally. But this- this shyt right here!- had me feeling like, it might be the end frfr. I was using my nebulizer several times a day for at least 2-3 wks. Madness. I'm VERY familiar with all kinds of pneumonia, walking and regular, bronchitis, lung infections, etc, but this shyt was beyond even my ken. I got it from mom and she tested negative for covid a multiple times, so it wasn't that.
Be careful out here, yall. Get religious with that Vit C and D.
If you want to stay health in general and avoid the flu, take these vitamins/minerals/supplements. Prevention >> cure
Zinc picolinate or Optizinc (now foods brand)
Vitamin c (ester c kind )or liposomal vitamin C both types are easily absorbed by the body because of their superior bioavailability
Flora’s udo oil or aquaomega fish oil
Vitamin D3 /k2 from thorne (liquid form)
Looseleaf Green tea with lemon juice, adding Lemon juice to green tea significantly increases the bioavailability of antioxidants in green tea (catechins)
