yea, can't be. plus this wasn't exactly the best, or even a top5 Budden diss I've heard... so for Drake's sake I hope not.

Actually, now that I think about this... since Hollow mentioned Surf too, Joey should just let Surf respond to Hollow. Surf is easily the better MC (or drops better songs/freestyles at least) than Hollow.

Just wondering what your top 5 disses against Budden were? I can't really remember the Ransom disses but felt Sai and Inspectah Deck came hardest against Joe. I felt Saigons first diss was underrated too.I'm prolly missing a few but I don't remember many other hot ones. I'm not including the hov diss either or the battle with hollow. Arsonal's was aight too but nothing i remember as being exceptionally special

I'd go with Saigon's 2nd, Ran's both 2 disses, one of Game's disses (although I think that he was going at some other people too on the song I'm thinking about, can't remember right now) and Ars. I personally thought Deck's song gets somewhat overrated because of who he is. He didn't really say anything new and it wasn't that special.

It's Hip Hop. Anyone can diss who they please, What you mean how? Write your song, and hit the studio, that's how.

Now if the person being dissed feels that the record is unworthy of a response due to the status or lack of success of the the person dissing them, that's their right.
