It’s beautiful. Their art style is second to none. The sound design is immaculate on my 5.1 system. I haven’t had a Dirtmouth soundtrack moment yet but the first few themes are still really good. I’ve just beat the first boss and I can already tell this is going to be special.

Yep. Feeling the same and just also beat the first boss. They definitely made the game more cinematic, straight from the onset.

This Bone Bottom may be the new Dirtmouth on that front. Both musically and purposefully.

I'm playing the first one through PS+ first. I don't see the point in buying a sequel if I didn't finish the first one. I'll probably play it sometime next month.

I was feeling very confident until the miniboss bug with the spiked bone club, had to git gud again there lol

Playing on Switch 2 handheld and it's perfection. The only slowdown so far is during the fast travel cutscene which is skippable
