Ehh. This is probably overstating the truth. Out here in Phoenix, prices are definitely dropping, but considering that for the last two years prices were obscenely increased, these massive drops could really just be the market getting closer to pre-pandemic normal.

He gave me a example houses in Chula Vista which is a decent area in Dago were going for 800000 will drop to 600000
But where I lived, Eastlake is going to stay around the highest number unfortunately
