Dar a Dal has to be the one behind it. Dude staking out Carries home just so happens to go to Sekous Job the night before his van explodes. This has implications for Carries Legal Clinic work since the narrative is going to be how she fought to get a "terrorist" released from custody and more importantly she can't advise the president-elect on intelligence matters since she'll be tainted goods.
