He is not pure evil. He is chaotic Neutral. Nothing evil about him at all.
In fact, he saves people all the time simply because it is "interesting."
He lives just to see what happens and he will do horrible things just like he would do good things. In fact, proof of this is how he doesn't torture people. Once he deems you a problem, he gets rid of you instantly. Once he deems you beneficial, he makes you a great offer.
Dude has no morality.
I also like how homelander is treated by the government. They are TERRIFIED OF HIM. They will never charge him with shyt because they know they can't stop him if he does get angry. shyt is hilarious. It is basically the plothole of Superman. Would you really try to arrest a nikka who can blow the planet up and is unkillable?
