They should make all platforms have enough space under it so that if someone falls on the tracks (anywhere on the tracks) they can just run and duck under the platform, after the train arrives and leaves they can come from under the platform and climb out.

On one if the lines here they have Perspex barriers from thd ground to the ceiling, when the train arrives, the plastic open as well as thd train doors, letting you on, then shuts again when the train leaves.

Total protection, but I assume its too dear to roll out across the whole of London.
