Homeless people should go to jail

I mean wouldn't that be the smart thing to do it's cold as fukk right now brehs just imagine being homeless in one of these states that keeps getting hit with snow



So why don't more homeless people just go to jail? go commit a crime that could get you some money ....that way they have shelter 3 meals a day no matter how shytty the food is and if you don't get caught then its a win win right?

Or would you rather be broke hungry and cold as hell

a lot of them do. but unless they kill (for example) someone, honestly how long do you think they're going to be in there. a lot of times it's only a few months.

as most are army vets who fought for their country at one time or another, and were spit out when they returned.

as well many homeless peopel would rather be on the street oddly.

There was this story of a homeless guy in Belgium who commited random crimes just to get caught, saying something like "Now they only give you shelter if you're a criminal".

No, most homeless people are just bums. Some of the young ones are just lost in life and need redirection (i.e. failed in school; born to trash parents; disabled can't find a job;).

I don't think most homeless people are military. They're mostly just bums. Maybe some were bums before they joined the military -- and that's why they joined the military in the first place. Because they were bums with no other prospects.

For real. I'd rather be homeless than be in jail. At least ur a free man and can go where you please. Also in 1st world countries, you'll survive being homeless. People give you food, people give u a little change, u won't starve.

But in those life or death cold conditions, the government should definitely provide shelter for them.

I give money to the homeless if I have it. If I was in their position, I'd appreciate people helping me out. Even if not many do. The homeless in our countries do all right IMO.
