Yesterday the judge ordered for them to give the homeless man the money.

They said there is about $150,000 left.

So that means they spent a quarter million dollars and only gave him $25k.

And what's he going to do about it? He's homeless and GoFundMe can't sue the couple and make them pay him, so he's out of luck right?

Pretty sure GoFundMe can sue them, as it's a violation of their terms of service. They can't collect money fraudulently. They committed larceny, wire fraud, etc.
