Wait what happened when they caught him by the door? It sums like the gunman just froze when the coffee got knocked out of the victim's hands. It seems like he had plenty opportunity to shoot before the victim had enought time to draw out his own gun.....but he just ran :gucci:
Seems that he wasn’t ready for this attempted crime. If you’re going to do this shyt you better be ready for whatever happens :yeshrug: He had the drop on the man but a cup of tea scared him off

He probably came to steal, not kill. Most people who hit licks are not ready to pop someone at a moments notice. It’s only a small percentage of people who really wanna use they gun like that

If you can't hit people with a pistol, then you don't need to own an assault rifle. That just makes it easier to accidentally hit innocent people.
:what: huh?

It's easier to be accurate with an AR. Less recoil than a pistol and you're securing it with your shoulder

I had no idea that California had Castle Doctrine. :ehh:

Yes. Under Penal Code 198.5 PC, California law follows the legal principle known as Castle Doctrine. This means there is no duty to retreat if a resident confronts an intruder inside his or her own home. Residents are permitted to use force against intruders who break into their homes, or who try to force their way in.

AR at that distance with even a half decent attempt would have took that thief's head off

Facts

A rifle is HANDS DOWN the best home defense weapon imaginable. You dont worry about trigger pull, you dont line up sights, and recoil is damn near nonexistent. Im pretty decent with a pistol and Im confident I'd probably miss every shot in a high pressure situation.

I tell everyone who asks my advice on home defense weapons to invest in a reliable AR-15, a red dot and maybe even take it a step further and get a silencer if you are worried about the noise indoors.

Now in the OP video situation, I don't know how he would have had a rifle on him :mjlol:
