Gotta stop u right there. As a contractor....I've spent years talking to Black people who have gone to hazardous areas overseas for work because the pay is good. Moving overseas to do hazard jobs means relocation. So once u said it was unrealistic, I stopped paying attention because it doesn't match what I already see Black folks doing and the possibilities.
