Crime is increasing steadily for the past 7 years. Wonder what will they say/think about the lte 10s and early 20s in a couple decades.

Despite 1992 being a violent year throughout the US, there are places in the US that have more homicides today than they did in 1992. Pennsylvania particularly Philadelphia has higher homicides today than in 1992.

I can’t get over 517 homicides over two months. TWO! That’s just unfathomable to me. The level of violence is just insane.

This happening after the LA riots, Rodney King police brutality… only to be followed by the OJ Simpson trial years later is crazy.

I remember someone saying that OJ Simpson had to be acquitted as a matter of survival for LA. The city couldn’t afford another riot as it was still recovering from 1992’s one. Just imagine if OJ was found guilty.
