This shyt doesn't have an audience. Women aren't fukking with it, men aren't fukking with it. Plenty of gay artists have success and are super talented...and none of them are using imagery like that. Who is the target audience? Why would women fukk with that image? Women fukk heavily with women artists who have a certain look/feel - bad bytch, independent, fierce yet vulnerable, etc. The men artists they fukk with the most are either hyper masculine, cool, vulnerable, or all three mixed into one.
