It's no different than any other community in regards to gays and trans people, but the media loves to act like it is a black issue. When a white gay person is killed you don't hear how homophobia is a huge issue in the white community. Just last night I was watching a show where a black guy was dressing like a woman and got killed by the guy he was about to fukk and some white dude said the black community has an issue with trans people.
