I love Mazdas, their standard edition comes loaded with extras.

The 2nd models go for cheap because the car dealership find it hard to sell Mazdas so they always will to knock of the price.

I love my CX-5.

If I stay with Mazda, I will get a fully loaded CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus when my current lease is up.

If not, then Honda CR-V or Subaru Forester. Haven’t decided yet.

Nissan got killed implementing cheap Jatco CVTs everywhere (their engines are pretty solid). They are using the popular ZF transmission and now they can take advantage of the Honda CVTs for the lower models. Nissan also had no real Hybrid tech and can get that from Honda. Honda needs to learn styling (specifically interior styling) from Nissan. They both can fix each others problems. Nissan just being part of the Honda family is going to bring skeptics in.

This may sound crazy but I wouldn't be surprised if Honda bushed the Accord The Civic still sells well but Accord sales for the newest ones are way down. In the 90s or even mid 2010s if someone said that Nissan would eventually discontinue the Maxima you would they was crazy.... Only for Nissan to do just that. I remember at one point in the 2010s everyone and their mother in NYC had a new Nissan Maxima.

Makes sense. Seems like no one wants a fullsize sedan anymore unless it's from a luxury brand. Compact sedans are where it's at.
