Just picked this up at my job, 1991 Honda CBR600F2, 25K on the odo, runs ok, needs a little work. This winter I have list of things I'm going to do to it:

Carb clean & Sync
Spark plugs

Chain & sprockets
Tires
Braided lines & pads
Mirrors
Fender kit
Adjustable levers
Bar ends
Windscreen
Fluid flush & replace
Air cleaner

New paint, Italian Red with white graphics

I plan on keeping it as a 2nd bike, back in the day this was the 1st sportbike I ever had, a '94 model, was blown away from it's speed and handling coming from a '74 CB750. Anyways, I'll update this with pics as progress is made.

1st pic is the CBR on the left, my current bike on right.......

WELCOME TO THE HONDA FAMILY BREH. BE SAFE.

THAT shyt LOOKS CLEAN TOO. :ohlawd:

Thanks breh, I can't stay away from the Honda's, The CBR will be my 4th sportbike from them, they just run forever!! :salute:

Nice

Bikes like this were the precursor to modern sportbikes..... before this it was all 550lb ladder frame dinosaurs

That 80s styling though :francis: Nice pickup regardless :myman:

Tell me about it, I had an '88 Honda Hurricane CBR1000, that thing was huge, I miss it :mjcry: .Had all my mods done to it, ended up sellling it to buy the SuperHawk 996 in the 1st pic above.

O yea I forgot you had the Superhawk :noah: That V-twin sportbike life....... I wanna make a streetfighter out of an RC51

Still got it, just turned 70K on the odo, running like a champ.

The RC51 :noah: :ohlawd:

1st time I drove one, we got it in as a trade, I put 300 miles on that bike in one weekend, didn't want to give it back, fell in love. That will be my 3rd one in the garage next year, the 05-06 black/grey model. Streetfighter RC :whew:, fukk yea, if Honda took the RC51 motor and shoved it in naked bike, I'm buying it, no question.

Nice!! I see a carbon headlight housing and headlight setup from a Honda Grom, very trick. Yea, the build-it-yourself route has crossed my mind, although...... if I'm going to get a naked bike that is already out, it's gonna be one of these......

After riding an FZ-09.... next bike mite have to be a triple :francis:

I'm scared of that MV Agusta reliability though. And parts if I lay em down. I want that Street Triple R next :lupe:

I do love some naked Yamaha's, the styling is just :whew:. Yea, MV parts can be really hard to find, let alone dealers. Triumph makes some sweet bikes, co-worker had a Daytona 675R, came equipped with all the good stuff.

Be sure to keeps us updated on the progress. Nice bikes!!!

I"m looking at this currently

Thanks!! Nice, HD makes some nice bikes, the Breakout is one of my favs.
