It's hard to say that blacks are doing better in Atlanta, the reason is that to do good in NY you've got to be balling for real.
Blacks are doing better and worse in Atlanta, cause black people make up 50 % of the city and to do "good" in Atlanta doesn't take a lot.

There might be an impression that black people do a lot better in Atlanta, due to the segration and the high percentage of black people. There's not too many black areas in NY, not even too many fully black projects anymore. Cats are spread out all over, there's even cac CT millionaire suburbs with 5 % black.

This is true..I saw this shyt growing up in South Jersey...

My first moment where I realized how fukked up shyt is...the apartment complexes(which is where most black,hispanics tended to live) used to all have basketball courts. Well the few old whites and the association didn't like seeing all those black kids with braids and having fun on the court. Next thing you know they make these courts into volleyball courts, or like a few in my town turn them into recycling centers

shyt been happening all over South Jersey...no parks,no courts for these kids to go play at. That leaves kids bored and doing dumb shyt...I grew up watching all these clown ass white kids doing shyt and getting arrested and being let off the hook. The black kids were never afforded that luxury. If you ain't getting fukked with gentrifying neighborhoods,and terrible economy, you're getting fukked by the unjust laws up here.
