I think all of them have the same amount of talent and no one is better than the other

I think they're are all above average and improving, but there's no separation from the pack

You're wrong. Wilson is noticeably better than the rest; Newton has no weapons and overachieves; Kaepernick has weapons and underachieved until Crabtree returned from injury; RG3 had a bad season and I'm not sure he'll recover. There is separation in my opinion:
Wilson
Cam
Kaepernick
RG3
