I'm probably just selling it if I'm being honest. A single acre of undeveloped land is prolly worth like 5 to 6 grand.
I will assume they gave some shytty land in swamp country or a desert because that's how white people would do.

So I'm thinking like basically two hundred thousand dollars.

you'd have to excavate and put a bunch of fill into that swampland, and zoning still might not pass any request to build on it and/or it still might not support development. but people have built over swampland before.

Just the consultant fee from a structural engineer would cost you a grip.
