We use to go to Mexico for vision stuff to avoid to the ridiculous fee's and stuff they require in the US simply the line the pockets of the medical industry.
like if i already know what my prescription is for glasses why do i need to go to a doctor and get a check up every time before i can buy some, could just put every level of lense in a regular store like they do with reading glasses.
braces sounds more invasive though, i'd have to see what kinda results these people are getting.

I just got braces a few weeks ago. I wouldn't trust this woman to do it, but the shyt wasn't invasive at all. they clean and dry your teeth, apply the glue put the brackets on and put the wire through. they did it in 15 minutes. I wouldn't doubt it's something someone learn to do quickly and do a good job with the right supplies.

As someone who has had braces and Invisalign, you need x-rays to see if you have any infections, and mods to determine alignment. This isn’t something someone can just learn. Plus, you need retainers to keep them straight. Where are they going to get the retainers?

I went to a fake dentist before when I was a kid. My parents didn't have insurance or nothing. My parents didn't know any better being poor immigrants. The dentist had a nice office, all the same equipment, sterilization machines, x ray, chair, etc. Everything but a diploma. I wanted braces but he gave me retainers instead as if that was gonna fix my teeth. Wore them for 2 years, literally nothing, might have fukked up my teeth more. Then I find out he's a fake and got all my money back. Went to a real dentist and got real braces.

Thats cool for health purposes. But if i'm just trying to replace a pair of broken glasses, i can just simply try different lenses out until i find one that works for me, why do i need to see a doctor?

My point is she went to school,and she may have better reviews than some of these dentist on yelp. Cant automatically assume shes not good,just because she doesnt have a piece of paper from the European.
