Well, I said somewhat classy. I don't have any pictures to back it up at the moment but if you go to a social savings party and see the really, really ratchet chicks, when you see what that isn't so ratchet, it comes off as "somewhat" classy. Now this same chick somewhere else would definitely be ratchet.
